$75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus Opportunities
Lead Multi-Unit Operations for a Growing QSR Franchise!
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven District Manager to oversee multiple QSR locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established franchise group dedicated to operational excellence, team development, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The District Manager will be responsible for leading restaurant managers, driving financial performance, and ensuring company standards are met across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Compliance:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to brand and franchise standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all units.
Team Development & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Financial Performance & Business Growth:
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and food costs, to maximize profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining operational excellence.
- Drive revenue growth through local store marketing initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards:
- Ensure all locations consistently deliver a high-quality guest experience.
- Uphold brand standards for food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
- Address customer concerns and implement solutions to improve satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to analyze financial metrics and drive business growth.
- Strong operational knowledge of QSR standards, including food safety, labor management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel between locations within the DFW Metroplex.
