Position: District Manager
Role Overview:
As a District Manager, you'll oversee operations for 5-7 restaurants, nurturing a strong team of General Managers through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and development. Lead by example and uphold our guidelines, procedures, and values. You'll be involved in all facets of building a multi-million-dollar company, from fostering guest relationships to promoting community engagement. Develop strategies to meet sales and revenue targets and align with our strategic vision. We're seeking a value-driven leader who can make key decisions to achieve outstanding results. - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a QSR restaurant District Manager overseeing at least 3-5 locations
