Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Develop and create menu items, and daily specials
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in cooking or other related fields. Scratch kitchen experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems 
  • Ability to demonstrate your passion for food and quality
  • Executing culinary standards and presentation of food
  • Attention to details
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
