Title of Position: Restaurant Executive Sous Chef

The Sous Chef must be culinary-driven because here you will work with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchens, top of the line equipment, and standards of operation, simply unmatched in our industry. As a Sous Chef, you will be the primary “go-to” for the kitchen staff, meaning you have to be available to your team, while staying on top of the functions of the kitchen. Qualifications:
  • The Sous Chef must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years - $4M +
  • Guest first mentality in all you do 
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Sous Chef
  • As solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Sous Chef
  • The Sous Chef must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • The Sous Chef should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
