Salary: $80,000 (Base + Bonus)

Job Duties:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of staff members.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability.

Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market demands to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and drive repeat business.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.

Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving operational targets.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.

Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
