Restaurant General Manager | Amazing, Unique Opportunity
Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial performance by analyzing sales trends, controlling costs, and implementing effective budgetary strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests and staff.
- Enhance the guest experience by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring quality and creativity in food offerings.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to drive guest traffic and engagement.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining and kitchen areas to ensure adherence to operational standards and quality controls.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a preference for experience in upscale or fine dining establishments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Proven ability to analyze financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant operations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
