Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The General Managers primary responsibilities are to hire, train, coach, develop and mentor your entire team. Seeing potential for future leaders, working closely with them, and guiding them to success. The General Manager should have a positive demeanor and inspire the team to consistently achieve our mission. The General Manager should be ready for on-the-spot challenges and be able to react in such a way that keeps a positive atmosphere for both our guests and our team. The General Manager will perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting and will submit all tasks on time.

Qualifications:
· 2+ years’ experience in a management position managing teams of 25+
· Experience in managing P&L and COGS, developing budgets, financial planning and strategy, decision making, process improvement, labor management/scheduling, training & team development
· Fast Casual Dining experience preferred but not required
· Manager’s food safety certification (ServSafe Manager’s Certification)
· Flexible in availability, rotating between opening and closing shifts if need be
