Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will oversee all functions of the restaurant to ensure high standards of customer service are being met, as well as the production of high quality products. The Restaurant General Manager in this position will manage a staff of approximately 3-50 employees by assigning, overseeing and evaluating their work and will be in charge of recommending promotions, transfers or terminations of employees based on performance. The Restaurant General Manager will delegate and be responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the restaurant to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft. The Restaurant General Manager will execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of current Restaurant General Manager experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Building Catering Sales and promoting delivery options
- Excellent work ethic and drive to success
- Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
