Title of Position- Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager is an integral member of our leadership team who will not only lead but will also inspire and embody our core values. The General Manager will plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the revenue with the goal being to exceed the budget and preserve cost-effectiveness and profitability in agreement with company policies. The General Manager will be front of the line in delivering excellent service to our guests, as well as managing and maintaining a top-notch, high performing team to deliver the same.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment.
