Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for all overall operations of a single restaurant. Selecting, training, developing and coaching the hourly personnel as well as the management team will be required of our Restaurant General Manager. Performance appraisals as well as providing feedback and suggestions to ensure absolute guest satisfaction will be conducted by the Restaurant General Manager. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as state and health department requirements will also be a function as our Restaurant General Manager. Leading by example and creating a positive and professional environment that doesn’t lose sight of our values and culture will be necessary for the success of our Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will work with the management team to build sales and consistently deliver remarkable food and service quality to each and every guest. Administrative functions such as scheduling, cost control, vendor communications and budgeting will be the responsibility of the Restaurant General Manager. Working closely with each member of the management team, the Restaurant General Manager will create a development plan to enhance skills and provide encouragement and leadership.
