Title of Position - Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be accountable for all functions of the restaurant. Recruiting, training and developing the hourly staff not just to meet, but to exceed expectations. Leading by example and creating a teamwork centered environment will be expected as the Restaurant General Manager. Providing consistent performance feedback for staff will play a significant role in maintaining our successful employee retention. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for all administrative functions of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to inventory management, product ordering, labor management, budgeting, scheduling, P&L and in restaurant human resource functions. The Restaurant General Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop their knowledge and understanding of such functions. As the General Manager you’ll also be responsible for facility maintenance, safety and security.

Qualifications:
- The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation.
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
- The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results.
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess.
- High volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant General Manager is necessary for this position.
