Restaurant General Manager
Omaha, NE
$65,000 - $70,000 a year - Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Passionate about the guest experience.
- We offer 50 different burgers and 50 different tap beers in a fun upbeat atmosphere.
- Overseeing multiple restaurant locations within your designated area
- Working closely with the Partnership/Corporate group to maintain brand standards and financial targets.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Team to recruit, hire, train, and retain talented managers who align with the company's goals.
- Coach, Develop, and Manage a team of 80+
- Oversee all Guest Related Services.
- Adhere to all Restaurant standards and specs.
- Communicate effectively with General Managers and teams.
- Follow Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong Communication & time management skills.
- Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.
- Manage Food and Labor Costs.
- Interview and assist in hiring managers for market.
- Ensure all required programs are accurate and complete.
- Oversee Weekly Inventory and Scheduling.
- Make sure restaurant is clean and well organized.
- Maintain a fun friendly work atmosphere for employees and guests.
- Helps maintain staffing levels.
- Overall food quality and Presentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership & communication skills.
- Ability to set goals and achieve them. hold others to goals and help them.
- Pride in personal appearance.
