Our innovative team is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant General Manager who is excited about food, loves serving guests and revels in being part of a winning team. While fresh baked bread/cookies and top-quality ingredients are the keys to our success, the Restaurant General Manager is the most significant part of our business. Our company started in 1995 because of two friends who had a passion and love for baking. Making the decision to leave their careers in fashion to pursue their happiness, a NYC location was opened and took off immediately.  Years later, the NYC location is still thriving and a handful more locations have been opened in some of their favorite neighborhoods across the country. Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager upholds responsibility for the efficient and profitable operation; the consistent delivery of “Guest First" service to all guests; the upkeep of restaurant quality; the leadership, and the advancement/growth of team members; the creation and maintenance of a world of trust, credibility, respect and dignity. The Restaurant General Manager exercises independent judgment and models the standard in the day-to-day overall performance of job duties. The Restaurant General Manager will make sure that company policies and procedures are implemented and preserved in a consistent manner.

Qualifications:
  1. 4-5 years of supervisory management experience in a food/beverage environment
  2. Must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
  3. Must be a team player and willing to get their “hands dirty” – jump in where needed to lend a hand, whether its front or back of house
  4. Be willing and able to bring your own individuality into an already very positive environment
  5. Must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
