Restaurant General Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: Up to $80,000 depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale dining establishment in the heart of Charlotte, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring our restaurant delivers exceptional customer service and maintains high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and Motivate Staff: Hire, train, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Budget Management: Develop and maintain budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Quality Standards: Implement and uphold high-quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
• Marketing & Promotions: Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
