Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: Up to $80,000 depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale dining establishment in the heart of Charlotte, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring our restaurant delivers exceptional customer service and maintains high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and Motivate Staff: Hire, train, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Budget Management: Develop and maintain budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Quality Standards: Implement and uphold high-quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
- Marketing & Promotions: Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and foot traffic.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
