Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will have the overall responsibility for providing leadership and directing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager will ensure compliance with company standards in all aspects of the operations, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability, while maintaining the superior quality and service specifications of the company.

Qualifications
· Must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
· Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
