Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for all around operation and is responsible for the P&L of the restaurant. The person in this Restaurant General Manager role will direct the hourly staff members and the Assistant Manager, including the Kitchen Manager to ensure compliance with company specifications for preparing food, sanitation and administrative and accounting obligation. The Restaurant General Manager accounts for the development and training of all hourly and management staff in the restaurant, and must have extremely strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Full Service Concept
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
