Job Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years (current) salaried Restaurant Management
Stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years
High volume experience (minimum $3MM/year)
Strong operational background and ability to provide quality food and guest service
Budget and cost control ability including P&L knowledge
Solution oriented problem solving towards Guests and Employees
