Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our General Managers will be handling the daily operations and ensuring our procedures and high standards are being met and exceeded daily. The right candidate will have the ability to delegate and build trust, but will inspect what they expect leading by example. This individual will be a great teacher and communicator. The General Manager will be able to hold their staff accountable while still showing care for their team. We are looking for an individual who is a leader in the community with a positive attitude and winning personality. Making quick decisions and problem solving are fundamentally important in the General Manager position.
- Salary is based on experience and can range between 45k-60k annually

Tim Bishop joins Gecko Hospitality as a Franchise Partner. Tim has more than 25 years of restaurant operations experience. Most recently as an Area Director for Bob Evans Restaurants, he ran restaurants spread across a 3 state territory. Tim has also worked for Walt Disney World as a Chef as well as time spent early in his restaurant career in catering for a country club.
Tim has a strong knowledge of the cities and states in which he recruits for and specializes in building strong relationships. Tim prides himself on being a good listener and getting to know and understand the needs of his clients as well as the candidates.
