Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager must bring a positive attitude to work every day and set high standards for everyone around them. The Restaurant General Manager will be able to delegate with enthusiasm and a “can do “attitude. We promote new ideas and fresh perspectives, where our General Manger professionals are encouraged to bring their own ideas to the table. Interpersonal skills and guest relations will be required to handle and resolve any staff or guest conflicts appropriately. The Restaurant General Manager will know how to create a strong and effective team and guide them towards a common goal. The Restaurant General Manager must be customer service oriented as well as have a strong ability to execute administrative procedures and financial responsibilities

  • Three plus years of general management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the General Manager
