Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
• Ensure high food quality and presentation
• Develop new menus that cater to our customers' preferences
• Greet and serve restaurant guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Manage restaurant budget and payroll records
• Handle any HR issues that arise in the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of restaurant management software
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
