Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description:
As a Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities would include the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met both in the front of house and the back of house. As Restaurant General Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. Recognizing that your team members are also eager to develop within their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our Management team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team and delighting every guest, every time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Full Service concept
  • High volume background - Restaurant General Manager candidates should have experience in establishments doing over $2-3 million per year in sales
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant General Manager candidates must  be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)

Steve is married to his wife Tracy - also a restaurant professional. Steve has a daughter Nicole, and two stepsons Robert and Joseph, all in their twenties and doing well. Steve was born, raised, and has always resided in Southeastern PA. He is a big sports fan. His hobbies are golfing and reading.
