Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Role Description:

As our Restaurant General Manager, your primary responsibilities will be overseeing all operations, selecting and training staff, and fostering career development within the management team. Ensuring 100% food and service quality, following company policies, complying with state regulations and health codes, and maintaining an organized, sanitary and profitable restaurant will also fall under your purview. Administrative tasks such as controlling food and labor costs, managing human resources, scheduling, and P&L budgeting will also be part of your daily routine.

Qualifications:

• Consistent ability to support the operation's success
