Our Company is searching for a Professional Restaurant General Manager who exemplifies strong leadership with a balance of fun! By the mid 1980’s the chain grew to operate approximately 35 locations, a decade later were incorporated. Throughout the first half of the company history, our restaurant chain situated itself in or near shopping centers and malls. Beginning in the early 1990s, our company modified its expansion strategy and began to include more freestanding locations. This modification transformed the brand into a destination place, and provided the concept with additional opportunities for growth. Just 4 years ago, the chain had company-owned and/or franchised restaurants in almost all 50 states and close to 15 foreign countries. The company owned and operated well over 700 restaurants, while domestic and international franchisees operated close to 50 restaurants, respectively. We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead a strong team for our location Columbus Ohio

Title of Position – General Manager

Job Description: As the General Manager you will hire, motivate, develop and lead a successful team of professional personnel.  As the General Manager you will be held accountable for both the overall successes and failures of the restaurant. Our General Manager ensures all Team Members and Management Team maintain our high standards, following policies and procedures set in place to ensure our guests receive both consistency and quality. The General Manager must be customer service oriented as well as have a strong ability to execute administrative procedures and financial responsibilities.

  • This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a high volume environment
