Position Title: Restaurant General Manager
Role Description: Our Restaurant General Manager holds a pivotal role in delivering exceptional seafood experiences that delight our guests. This key position involves leading and nurturing a diverse culinary team, warmly engaging with patrons on the front line, analyzing sales figures to maximize profitability, and upholding meticulous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization that set us apart.

Qualifications:
- Four years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Proficient in financial management, including P&Ls and COGs
- Valid food handler certification
- Flexible availability
