Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be fully accountable for the quality of the guest experience, and will ensure this satisfaction by simply following a daily manager agenda: ensuring all schedules are done in accordance with the budget and assuring all management and staff training and development is done correctly and completely. The Restaurant  General Manager will also create marketing strategies and ensure they are researched, prepared and carried out properly and in a timely manner. The Restaurant  General Manager will oversee all ordering for the restaurant and use daily/weekly perpetual for economical and efficient ordering.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5  years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) Full Service concept
  • A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant General Manager candidates must  be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
