Job Description
We're on the hunt for a General Manager to lead our vibrant, Mexican-inspired cantina and bar nestled in the heart of Mt. Pleasant, SC. This isn't just any cantina - we're known for our unique mix of traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern twist, hand-crafted margaritas, and an atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.
As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations. You'll ensure that we're not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations, manage staff, handle scheduling, and keep an eye on inventory. Plus, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the upbeat, inviting atmosphere that has made us a favorite among families, young professionals, college students, and the business community alike.
Our ideal candidate is someone who knows their way around a busy restaurant and can handle everything from the daily lunch rush to the late-night crowd. Experience in managing premium tequila selections and a familiarity with "skinny" margarita options would be a plus. A keen eye for contemporary, eclectic décor would also be beneficial, as we pride ourselves on our ability to cater to guests, whether they're in shorts, a party dress, or a suit.
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
- Bonus Opportunities: Performance-related bonuses are available on top of the base salary.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
