Job Qualifications for the General Manager role:

• Proven experience as General Manager or relevant role in the hospitality sector
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
• In-depth knowledge of BBQ foods, drinks and best industry practices
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Job Responsibilities as General Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at our Sedona location
• Design strategy and set goals for growth at the Sedona BBQ joint
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Monitor product inventory and ensure the highest quality of the food served
