Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our General Manager must share our vision of being the best by providing unrivaled service and hospitality. As the General Manager your main areas of focus will be to oversee product quality and operational standards, make direct marketing efforts and adapt to market conditions, develop and train other managers, manage sales and profitability and oversee the budget and reporting. Our General Manager will need to be a Brand Steward with the ability to speak and represent the brand in several types of settings, and have the ability to communicate and listen in a positive fashion to employees, guests and vendors. The General Manager will assist with recruiting, hiring and training and will ensure all bar and kitchen staff provide a positive and unforgettable experience to our guests.
