Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager teaches management on the fundamentals and approach to the achieved stated objectives in sales, costs, hospitality, and employee retention and morale. The General Manager will oversee the entire operation, staffing, and financial performance of the restaurant including an understanding of the store's progress and having a strategic vision for its future development. We promote fresh ideas and new perspectives, where our General Manager is encouraged to bring their own suggestions to the table and develop a strong efficient team that will guide them towards a standard goal.

Qualifications:

·      The General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
