Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and top-notch customer service.
• Build and Lead a Team: Hire, train, schedule, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Regulate Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and meet customer demand.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop innovative strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Elevate Customer Relations: Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and delivering memorable experiences.
• Drive Financial Improvements: Analyze reports to optimize performance and maximize profitability.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry (quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is a plus).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a history of motivating staff and fostering collaboration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and best practices.
• Expertise in inventory control, cost reduction, and financial performance analysis.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Familiarity with local health & safety regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
