Restaurant General Manager - Vegan Concept

We are a growing vegan restaurant concept looking for a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including staff leadership, inventory management, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including cooks, servers, and bartenders
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Manage inventory control and ordering procedures
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform business decisions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a vegan or vegetarian concept
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in restaurant management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for vegan cuisine and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
