Title of Position – General Manager
Job Description: As a General Manager your responsibilities would include the overseeing the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met and exceeded in both the Front of House and Back of House. As the General Manager it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motive and inspire your team. Recognizing your team members are also eager to develop within their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our Management Team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor. Strong knowledge of P&L with ability to control costs throughout the entire building.

Rhonda Gingell started working in the restaurant/hospitality industry while in high school as a waitress with Mazzio’s Pizza. While attending College of the Ozarks working on her Hospitality Degree she worked overseeing server training for Candlestick Inn in Branson, a premier upscale dining restaurant overlooking downtown Branson. Through a lot of hard work Rhonda made her way into a Service Manager position.
