Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will be fully accountable for the quality of the guest experience, and will ensure this satisfaction by simply following a daily manager agenda: ensuring all schedules are done in accordance with the budget and assuring all management and staff training / development is done correctly and completely. The General Manager will also create marketing strategies and ensure they are researched, prepared and carried out properly and in a timely manner. The General Manager will oversee all ordering for the restaurant and use daily/weekly perpetual for economical and efficient ordering.

- Three plus years of general management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the General Manager
- A requirement for the General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others

Rhonda Gingell started working in the restaurant/hospitality industry while in high school as a waitress with Mazzio’s Pizza. While attending College of the Ozarks working on her Hospitality Degree she worked overseeing server training for Candlestick Inn in Branson, a premier upscale dining restaurant overlooking downtown Branson. Through a lot of hard work Rhonda made her way into a Service Manager position.
