Title of Position- General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will act as the leader of the management team by directing, planning and coordinating the operations of the restaurant. We promote unique ideas and refreshing perspectives, where our General Manager is encouraged to bring their own suggestions to the table, develop a strong team and guide them towards a common objective. Strong leadership skills, coaching expertise and exemplary personal skills are essential to be a successful General Manager. Maintaining a positive and professional staff in addition to interacting and forming guest relationships will be expected of our General Manager. The General Manager will also be accountable for administrative and financial tasks as well as restaurant operations and appearance. Our General Manager also requires a strong knowledge of budgeting and profit and loss along with having the desire to develop the management team to understand and become involved with these duties.
