Job Description:
As our Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, from managing staff schedules and maintaining inventory to ensuring outstanding food quality and consistency. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional guest experience that keeps customers coming back. You will take the lead in hiring and training team members, fostering a positive workplace culture, and mentoring a young, dynamic team to help them grow and succeed. Additionally, you will work closely with the culinary staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and high standards, all while maintaining a focus on efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing restaurant and retail operations
- Maintaining high food quality standards
- Training and evaluating hourly staff
- Managing P&L and inventory
- Implementing company policies and standards
- Working closely with the owners to achieve business goals

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of restaurant general management experience
- Passion for developing and mentoring young people
- Pizzeria and Bakery experience preferred
- Experience working for Cafes, Fast Casual, or Full Service concepts
- High degree of honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented philosophy
