Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will demonstrate leadership and expertise in all areas of restaurant management areas and be responsible for all restaurant operations, including managing an average $3 million in annual sales. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee 3 to 4 specialty managers and greater than 75 employees. This person will model and demonstrate leadership grounded in our Core Values. Successful performance of our Restaurant General Manager is measured by constant delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures from the perspective of our stakeholders. This leads to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business and results leadership.

- Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) Full Service concept
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
