Title of Position – General Manager

Job DescriptionThe General Manager is the top level of management in the restaurant, requiring the critical responsibility of leading, mentoring and advising the management team and staff to successful performance. The General Manager instills the fundamentals and best suited methodology to achieve the defined objectives in sales, costs, hospitality, and staff retention and morale to the entire management team. The General Manager directs the entire restaurant operation, from staffing, and financial performance to having an understanding of the store’s development and growth, having strategic vision for its potential development.

Qualifications:

  • The Restaurant Manager should posses 3+ years of high volume restaurant management experience
  • The Restaurant Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring people
  • The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring others
