Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensures the compliance with company standards in all areas of the daily operation. These responsibilities include: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting of team members and their retention, and financial accountability. The General Manager also ensures the highest quality products and services are delivered each and every time to our guests. The General Manager will also maintain high employee productivity through proper training and a motivational attitude.
