Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensures the compliance with company standards in all areas of the daily operation. The responsibilities of the General Manager include: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting of team members and their retention, and financial accountability. The General Manager also ensures the highest quality products and services are delivered each and every time to our guests. The General Manager will also maintain high employee productivity through proper training and a motivational attitude.

- A minimum of two years general management experience for a quick serve concept is required for the General Manager
- The General Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
- A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the General Manager
- The General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the work place and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
