$65,000 plus Bonus

**Job Title: Restaurant General Manager
Concept Type: Quick Service Nation Leader
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Starting Salary: $65k annually + monthly training incentives**
Job Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage constantly changing priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel for work-related functions and training
- Minimum of 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college education is preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the overall financial success of the restaurant in Phoenix, AZ, including forecasting and budgeting
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
- Hiring, dismissing, managing, and developing management-level crew members
- Acting as a manager on duty, managing cash handling, opening and closing the restaurant in Phoenix, AZ
- Monitoring profit and loss statements, developing and executing strategies in all areas of financial and operational performance
- Using required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed
- Authorizing employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, time clock overrides, etc.)
