Restaurant General Manager - Quick Service National Leader

Phoenix, AZ

$65,000 plus Bonus

**Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Concept Type: Quick Service Nation Leader

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Starting Salary: $65k annually + monthly training incentives**

Job Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage constantly changing priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel for work-related functions and training
  • Minimum of 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college education is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the overall financial success of the restaurant in Phoenix, AZ, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
  • Hiring, dismissing, managing, and developing management-level crew members
  • Acting as a manager on duty, managing cash handling, opening and closing the restaurant in Phoenix, AZ
  • Monitoring profit and loss statements, developing and executing strategies in all areas of financial and operational performance
  • Using required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed
  • Authorizing employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, time clock overrides, etc.)
