Restaurant General Manager - $60-65K + Bonus

Key responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Operational excellence: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cost control.
- Exceptional guest experience: Ensure that the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Talent development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.
- Financial management: Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Compliance and safety: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a general manager role
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including operations, customer service, and financial management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
