We're currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Restaurant General Manager who shares our commitment to excellent service and high-quality food and drink. This individual should be enthusiastic about hospitality, demonstrating a natural ability to build rapport with customers and employees alike.Â
Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager in Phoenix, AZ position include:
• Providing unparalleled guest experience that extends from initial greeting to fond farewell
• Recruiting, training, and developing a passionate team enthusiastic about delivering top-tier service
• Managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable business performance
• Maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
• Upholding company standards and ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Actively tracking and managing costs, inventory, budget, and restaurant metrics

The qualifications we’re looking for:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant or related hospitality industry
• A college degree is preferred, a degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and restaurant management software
• Excellent knowledge of food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, and company policies and procedures
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the United States
