As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. Responsibilities:

·        Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food preparation, scheduling, and customer service

·        Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other personnel

·        Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

·        Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and workplace safety

·        Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs

·        Create and manage budgets and financial reports

·        Manage guest relations, including responding to customer feedback and complaints

·        Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales

·        Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements:

·        At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management

·        Strong leadership and communication skills

·        Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting

·        Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

·        Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

·        Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred, but not required

Benefits:

Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000

Bonus Up to $10,000

PTO (3 Weeks)
