The person in the position must be passionate, innovative and understand how to inspire others because you, as the General Manager will be the leader your team will turn to you for direction. A few of your primary focuses will be coaching in the moment and developing of your team while managing the restaurant's P&L. Do you like being involved with your community? That is one of the General Manager's top priorities. We give our Managers free reign to venture out and get involved in the community with charity events, fundraisers and sales building initiatives.
