Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including its daily operations, financial performance, and team management. Your duties will include creating and executing business plans to achieve sales goals, managing expenses and inventory levels, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain the high standards of our brand. Additionally, you will lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be in charge of scheduling and coordinating staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for all areas of the restaurant. You will also monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and profitability. Lastly, you will collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies, maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Qualifications:
  • The Restaurant General Manager must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management and budgeting is required for the Restaurant General Manager.
  • The Restaurant General Manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required for the Restaurant General Manager.
