Restaurant General Manager

Salary up to $70,000
 

We're looking for a skilled Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Huntersville, NC. With a salary of up to $70,000 and performance-based salary increases, this position also includes lucrative monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus plans. We also offer paid vacation, sick days, and parental leave, as well as additional pay for five working holidays for salaried managers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Create budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure the restaurant meets revenue and profitability targets
 

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in restaurant management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
 

Salary Information:
Up to $70,000 annually, with performance-based increases and lucrative bonus plans.
