Responsibilities will include but not be limited to recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing the highest quality team available. The General Manager will be responsible for making sure all programs are in place and being followed. Communication is key, and effectively delegate such tasks appropriately and diligently, following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.
