More info: The General Manager will need to have prior General Manager experience in a full-service casual setting. Promote the highest level of customer experience. Manage all product offerings. Take ownership of the operational execution for the entire restaurant. Foster a workplace environment that results in the development of high performing team. Deliver results that meet or exceed all standards and goals. Staff development experience is a plus. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing the highest quality team available. The General Manager will be responsible for making sure all programs are in place and being followed. Communication is key, and effectively delegate such tasks appropriately and diligently, following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.
