Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager in the heart of Charlotte, NC to lead our team and oversee daily operations. You will ensure that our restaurant delivers exceptional customer service and maintains high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring and training.
• Develop and maintain budgets, controlling costs and optimizing profitability.
• Implement and maintain high-quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
• Foster a positive work environment, leading by example in professionalism and teamwork.
• Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
