Restaurant General Manager
Salary up to $90,000, depending upon experience
Our upscale casual restaurant is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. This is a salaried position with a potential salary of up to $90,000, depending upon experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package, including paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, and matching 401k plans.
As our Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including, but not limited to, managing staff, maintaining a positive guest experience, ensuring that all financial and operational goals are met, and maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
