When our first restaurant opened, we wanted to make a difference for customers and emphasize the freshness of our food. Over time, we expanded our menu to stay ahead of the curve and provide our guests more options, including increasing the amount of selections and creating healthier meals. With the success of our first restaurant, we were gradually able to expand and we hope to have restaurants across the country and internationally. We wouldn’t have envisioned the amount of success we’ve had over the past decade without talented leaders and hourly staff.
Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager must possess exceptional leadership and people skills. The Restaurant Manager will also provide enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, detail oriented and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests. Management Job description: Communicates, evaluates and documents team member performance as assigned. Assists in controlling P&L. Additionally, proper inventory control and staffing levels as dictated by daily sales. The Manager will handle cash procedures and oversee and complete daily financial paperwork. As a Professional Manager you should have these required skills: Excellent training skills Ability to open/close, Ability to motivate the staff to excel in the execution of their positions.
- Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) Full Service or Fast Casual concept
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
